You can contact us at 021-61047, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every day except Thursdays and Fridays, to register and follow up on all your needs and req.

If you do not have internet access, please contact our Customer Service Unit and explain the type and nature of the issue.

Appointment Scheduling
All requests are reviewed at the earliest opportunity and within the shortest possible time (less than one working day) by the Customer Service experts. You will be contacted to schedule a visit to the headquarters, factory, or authorized service centers.
Actions by the Technical Customer Service Unit
Our experienced technical team will fully diagnose the product in the shortest time possible. They will address the issue mentioned in the request, as well as any other potential defects. The product will then be evaluated and undergo specialized testing by our Quality Control Unit to ensure it is returned to you with its original performance.
Product Return
The Customer Service Unit will coordinate the return of the product to the customer as quickly as possible.
